This is written by an arbitrator who has already ruled on a refund after the 28th, who is guided, as JD writes, by “the principles of fairness, objectivity, blah blah blah ...” and who, at the same time, is not familiar with the Universal Postal Convention and requires me a document on the results of the search for the parcel, although in the letter that I received from the post office and provided to JD, it is indicated that the SENDER has all the rights to the parcel and they do not intend to communicate with me on this issue.
