Fill out the profile

To place a task on "Yuda", you need to register and tell about yourself. The profile can be filled to a minimum if you need cleaning, minor household repairs or moving.

If you will create tasks in the Buy and Deliver category, then it is better to fill in the profile in detail. When a performer takes on such tasks, he spends his money on purchases. He risks: customers are different, someone can cheat. If you link your social networks and upload a photo, then you will be more credible. Yudu does not share your personal information with performers. Show only the phone number to the performer you choose in the assignment.

Be sure to check your city. Once I forgot to change it when I moved and for a long time could not find a performer for simple tasks: they did not see me in St. Petersburg, and they did not understand me in Moscow.

In addition to the usual performers, Yuda has resellers. They take assignments, resell them for less, and take the difference for themselves.

I don't like working with resellers. They dump and give work to unpleasant individuals. You order a clean van for the move, and a dirty gazelle comes to you, in which some pieces of iron are lying around. You hire a cleaning lady to wash the windows in a branded dressing gown and equipment, and instead of her comes a tired woman in jeans and wipes the windows with a newspaper.

To identify a reseller, look at his specialization and profile. It is unlikely that a fragile secretary girl will take up the chipping of the walls. Often resellers are not shy and write directly: "Our boys will do everything in the best possible way!"

Wait a couple of hours before assigning a performer. During this time, your ad will collect a lot of responses, there will be plenty to choose from.

I do not really trust the ratings: usually everyone gives fives, like in a taxi. Reviews are more important - they write in them as they are: I was late, I did badly, I asked for more money.

Performers are ordinary guys

Earlier it seemed to me that desperate people work for Yuda who cannot find another job. But this is not the case.

Some people simply cannot sit around and take up work in their free time with pleasure. My order from Ikea was brought by an entrepreneur in an expensive German SUV - he bought it on the way from a country house. During the move, the owner of the printing house was loading things - he said that he worked as a loader all his youth and just loves to wear things. And once a translator and a linguist did the cleaning, they did the job perfectly and talked about something high.

How to deal with performers

Refine the details. Before completing the assignment, clarify the important details: time, phone number and address. I also ask about the final cost: sometimes the performers estimate the consumables separately.

In "Yuda" there is a chat with performers, but I prefer to write SMS. If they don't answer, I call. If they don't pick up the phone and don't call back, I cancel the order and look for someone else.

Take the job. Make sure the job is well done before you pay.

I check that the floor is clean everywhere and that there are no traces of cleaning agent on it. Checking for dust on windowsills and shelves. I lift objects that were on the floor or shelves: there should be no dusty marks around them

I check all purchases against my list. I am refunding money for purchases by check. I take documents and warranty coupons for household appliances

The master poked around in the car for several minutes and confidently declared: the pump had broken. The master asked for the old sediment - he said that he would take it apart for parts. After his visit, the car really started working. But I was tormented by doubts: diagnostics at first sight, the new part is with me, I took the old one. I read on the Internet that cars are often clogged with cat hair. The contractor did not come- click on the "Task not completed" button. Choose from other performers who have left suggestions under the assignment.

The performer asks for more money for the job- show the cost of work in the assignment, which was accepted by the performer, and do not pay more. If a conflict is brewing, it is better to pay and immediately call the support service.

If you don't know how much your hour is worth, count it. Maybe you actually make less than a Yuda performer. A good reason to change your profession or take a part-time job.

Customer: the person creating the task. To do this, you only need to register on the site. There is an opportunity not to register specifically, but to go through social networks: [link], Facebook, Google+ and VK. Very comfortably.

Executor: a person who is ready to fulfill the customer's task. In order to become one, it is necessary not only to register on the site, but also to go through the verification procedure.

It consists of several points:

1) you need to fill out a questionnaire about yourself. In the questionnaire, you will need to indicate the telephone numbers of two "guarantors". These should be those people who can answer simple questions about you. My guarantors were asked whether they know me, who they are to me, my middle name and year of birth. In general, the questions will be about the information that you indicate when filling out the questionnaire, nothing complicated. I wrote down my sister and husband;

Reviews form your rating in the eyes of the next customers and give you an increased likelihood that you will be chosen next time.

The rules say that after receiving three negative reviews, the account should be blocked, but I have met people with both three and four negative reviews, and they all live normally, continue to complete tasks. That is, getting a minus is also, in principle, not as scary as it seems.
