How to call an ambulance via MTS. How to call an ambulance from Beeline

Calling emergency services from a mobile phone is different from calling from a landline. For example, calling an ambulance using the usual number 03 will not work. WITH cell phones Calls to at least three-digit numbers are available. And yet, calling doctors or firefighters from a mobile phone is very simple, and there are several ways to do this.

Emergency numbers for calls from any cell phone have appeared throughout the territory Russian Federation about two years ago. When a person finds himself in a difficult life situation, he does not need to feverishly remember the combination of numbers individual for each operator. We simply dial on the phone a single emergency number - 103. The call can be made from any phone number, it is completely free for the user.

Other emergency services are called as follows:

  • Firefighters will arrive to you after calling 101.
  • To call a police squad, dial the combination 102 on your phone.
  • Call the gas service - 104.

Universal number for all services

In the USA there is a 911 service that can be used by anyone at any time. This combination of numbers - 911 - is known to both adults and children in America. There is an analogue of this service in Russia - the universal code 112, which will always help in the most difficult situations. 112 can be called if there is a minus on the phone, if the user is out of range. Even the phone being locked and not having a SIM card in it is not an obstacle to making an emergency call.

The operator responds to the client and needs to tell him about the current situation. The operator will listen to the user and connect to the necessary service.

Calling an ambulance from numbers of different telecom operators

If immediate medical attention is needed, then a person simply does not have time to talk with operators. In this case, you should call the ambulance using direct numbers. Everyone should know these digital combinations: it is better to enter them into the memory of your mobile phone.

Here is a list of numbers for calling an ambulance from SIM cards of different operators:

  • MTS, Tele2, Yutel, Megafon - 030.
  • "Beeline" - 003.
  • Communication operators "Motiv" and "Skylink" - 903.

The police, firefighters and gas service are called in the same way, but the digital combination will have to be adjusted. If you need to call the firefighters, change the number “3” to “1”; police – to “2”; gas workers – to “4”.

Call by phone

This is what he told us Stanislav Manerov, director of the company "Space of Safety", instructor-methodologist of children's and adolescent programs at the School of First Aid:

“All two-digit telephone numbers 01, 02, 03 in Moscow were replaced a year ago with three-digit ones: 101, 102, 103. There are about ten more emergency numbers, full list and another important information can be viewed on our website:

The main number for calling emergency services in Russia is 112. From a mobile phone, the number works throughout Russia and Europe. This number can also be dialed from a landline; it is valid in most regions of Russia. Does it work in yours? Before giving the number to your child, you need to check.

Safety School program instructors tell children that this phone number is very easy to remember: 112 – one mouth, one nose, two eyes.

You can call from the emergency number 112:
– if there are no funds in your account,
– when the SIM card is blocked,
– in the absence of a phone SIM card.

The child must be told: “If something happens to you, you need to see if there is an adult next to you and turn to him for help. If there is no adult, you need to call, give your name and age and talk about the situation, say that there are no adults around.”

And be sure to add that as soon as an adult appears nearby, you must definitely ask him to call back, because most alarm services do not accept children's calls.

Not all services have caller ID; unfortunately, you can’t count on them to call you back.

It is advisable for older people to have a phone with them even in an apartment. Situations may be different. Of course, if a person has a stroke, he will not be able to call an ambulance, so regularly call your loved ones.

You need to remember that an ambulance is also a help service; there is a doctor there who can recommend something. Although he won’t make a diagnosis over the phone, he can suggest some basic things. For example, if you feel very bad and are in doubt - call a doctor from the clinic, who will come in a day, call the emergency room, or still call an ambulance, in this case the dispatcher will switch you to a specialist who can competently advise you.

If for some reason the operator does not want to take the call, ask to be switched to the doctor on duty. The operator is obliged to do this. But if he suddenly refuses, you need to dial the number again, explain the situation to another operator and ask to connect you with the doctor on duty.

Keep in mind that the ambulance does not issue any documents; it will not give you a certificate or sick leave. Therefore, calling an ambulance to document your absence from work is useless for you and harmful for others. Having responded to such a call, doctors may not be able to reach someone who really cares.

Ambulance - to save lives. You need to remember this and not call her in vain, for example, in order to measure your blood pressure. Everyone seems to know about this, but at every ambulance station there is a list of grandmothers who call the team often and for no reason.

– What should you do if you don’t have a phone at hand, but you have a computer? Is it possible to call an ambulance via Skype?
– Each Skype subscriber entered into a service agreement with the service and checked the “agree” box. But few people remember that this agreement states that Skype cannot be used to call emergency services.

Exists mobile app“Rescuer” from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, which includes an emergency dig. If you press it for 5-10 seconds, the coordinates are sent to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and they call you back.

– What if a person cannot speak? Can I call an ambulance via SMS?
I have never heard of this, but it is quite possible that such a service exists. Although, to be honest, I doubt it. The fact is that the ambulance is not obliged to respond to all calls. If firefighters respond to any call, then the ambulance dispatcher assesses how life-threatening the patient’s condition is and chooses: who according to their profile, who to send to the clinic, who to the emergency room, which will arrive within 24 hours. In the case of SMS, it is more difficult to weed out a false call.

By calling this number, you will be taken to the nearest branch of the Unified Duty Dispatch Service. That is, if you are in Moscow, then by dialing number 112 you will get to the Moscow branch, in Tyumen - to the Tyumen branch.
