After sending the request, a message will be sent in which the personal number of the parcel will be indicated, it must be saved.

With this number and a scan of your passport, you will have to contact the point of acceptance of online purchases. When returning, the thing should be packed in a plastic bag, not a box - you can buy it at the post office, which will be cheaper, or give the order to the boxberry staff so that they pack it for an additional fee.
